Elizabeth — the “Tuesday Tales” posts actually link to a friend’s blog, where I write a story column. Click on the title beneath the pic and you can follow the spine-tingling adventures of a character I used to play back in my geeky(er) role-playing days. I’ve been editing the story from gaming format into a more bookish form, to keep the action flowing. It’s really great fun if you like the fantasy horror genre. Plus: our vampires do not sparkle!
I, of course, enjoyed Embattled, then I had to click on the Tuesday Tales link to get more. You refreshed my tired interest in all things vampires and were-animals!
Sweet! It gets really epic as the story progresses. And btw, the segment of “Austin After Dark” that I’m serializing in the TT column was played out from July of 2003 to December of 2008, so we came up with all that cool stuff WAY before the sparkly vampires and shirtless werewolves invaded the genre. Just sayin’. :^)
